1. Order Placement and Processing

Orders are accepted throughout the week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Deliveries are scheduled for the same week on Thursdays and Fridays, or on a selected date in the future.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Same Week Delivery: Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will be prepared and delivered on Thursday or Friday of the same week.
  • Future Delivery: If you request delivery for a future date (Thursday or Friday), your order will be prepared fresh during the week of your selected delivery date to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

3. Product Freshness

At Boujee Berries Bundaberg, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products. For orders with a future delivery date, we will prepare your order during the week of your selected delivery date. This ensures that your strawberries are at their peak freshness and quality when they arrive.

4. Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order or change the delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and our production schedule.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date may be subject to a fee, as we order fresh ingredients specifically for each order to ensure quality.
